After a long delay, the upcoming Academy Awards are set to take place Sunday in Los Angeles. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ceremony will be much smaller compared to previous years.

Although the show will look a bit different to adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines, viewers will still see their favorite stars and memorable red carpet fashion.

When Are The 2021 Oscars?

The Academy Awards start at 8 p.m. ET. The event will be split between the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood and Union Station in downtown Los Angeles.

What Network Has The Broadcast Rights?

The Oscars will air live on ABC.

Can I Live Stream It?

Viewers can live stream the Oscars by going to ABC.com or using the ABC app. However, viewers must use their cable provider information to sign in and watch the ceremony. Once customers log in, they can select “live TV” to tune in.

Who Is Hosting?

The Academy Awards will mark its third straight year without a host. There hasn’t been a host for the Oscars since 2019 when Kevin Hart was tapped to host but stepped down over resurfaced homophobic tweets.

Who’s Performing?

There will be several performances throughout the night, including H.E.R. who will perform “Fight for You” from “Judas and the Black Messiah,” Celeste and Daniel Pemberton, who will sing “Hear My Voice” from “The Trial of the Chicago 7,” Molly Sandén who will perform “Húsavík” from “Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga,” Laura Pausini and Diane Warren, who will sing “Io Si (Seen)” from “The Life Ahead (La Vita Davanti a Se),” and Leslie Odom Jr., who will perform “Speak Now” from “One Night in Miami.”
