30 Shows ‘When Calls The Heart’ Fans Should Watch During Season 6 Hiatus

Hearties waited patiently for Season 6 of Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart” to begin airing, but, after just a few episodes, it’s already back on hiatus. The impromptu break comes as the network evaluates how to retool the series after dropping star Lori Loughlin (Abigail) after she was arrested in the college admissions scandal.

Since this was an unplanned pause on the new “WCTH” season, fans are likely having an even harder time waiting for episodes than usual. If rewatching Seasons 1 through 5 of the period drama, which hasn’t been canceled, isn’t enough to help pass the time until “When Calls the Heart” returns, International Business Times has a few other options.
