Despite what fans may think, “90 Day Fiancé” star Nicole Nafziger has insisted that she isn’t lying about being stuck in Morocco amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In March, Nicole flew to Morocco to visit her fiancé, Azan Tefou, before the number of COVID-19 cases began to rise in the U.S. After the rate of infections spiked, many countries, including the U.S., closed its borders, and Nicole revealed that she was stuck in Morocco.

Although some countries are now allowing travel, Nicole previously told fans that she was having trouble finding an affordable flight back to Florida and has remained in Morocco with Azan.

Over the weekend, she appeared to share an update that hinted at her return to America. On Saturday, Nicole posted a photo of herself and Azan on Instagram. In the caption, she reflected on her appreciation for the extra time that they have had together.

“So happy to have had this extra time with you, my love. But soon I’ll get to see my little girl, and I’m also very happy and excited for that,” she wrote.

However, in her comment section, “90 Day Fiancé” viewers accused her of lying about being stuck in Morocco. “Girl stop playing we know you’re home already,” one fan wrote.

Meanwhile, another viewer suggested that Nicole has been spotted in the USA despite her claims of still being in the North African country. “Didn’t someone report that Nicole is in the USA and has been lying about being in Morocco,” one fan wrote.

A few hours following her post, Nicole took to her Instagram Story to address some of the comments regarding her visit with Azan, who is called Hassan by his family. The “90 Day Fiancé” star shared a screenshot of what appeared to be her current GPS location, Morocco, on a map.

“People said I’m not even in Morocco. I don’t really care if you think I’m lying. I’m just really tired or random people claiming to know Hassan and his family. I am in Morocco. And soon I’m going back to my daughter,” she wrote across the post.

“That’s it. Facts. Whether why or when I should have done something isn’t your business, and I don’t care for your opinion. I only care about my family.”

Since addressing rumors about her location, Nicole has not shared an update on when she will be returning to the US.
