At Los Pollos Hermanos, someone is always watching! AMC released a new video of “Better Call Saul” Season 3 that is essentially a training video for new Los Pollos Hermanos employees. Gustavo “Gus” Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) kicks of his restaurant chain’s 10-week online training with a video highlighting the importance of communication.

Of course, “Breaking Bad” fans know all too well that Gus’ chain of fast-food restaurant that serves curly fries and fried chicken was actually a front for his burgeoning drug empire. An empire that rose to its peak financial wealth when chemistry teacher Walter White (Bryan Cranston) joined his business.

In the video, Gus kicks off the training by welcoming employees to the Los Pollos Hermanos family. Although its fairly straightforward, there are several references to the businessman’s drug empire. “I’d like to think I see things in people,” Gus says in the trailer.

A second reference comes at 1:19 when Gus says, “Whether you’re with a customer or not, remain composed. Inside, you can be thinking about your homework, or your friends or your side business, but no one should ever know.” When Esposito’s character explains this we see a comic bubble showing a lab where (possibly) meth is being cooked. This is the “side business.”

The third wink to Gus’ fledging drug business comes at the end of the video, when Gus says, “[At Los Pollos Hermanos] someone is always watching.”

The next video discusses cleanliness.

“Better Call Saul” Season 3 kicks off with Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) donning an orange jumpsuit and being in jail. We soon see him in a courtroom. Fortunately, the slippery lawyer gets out and starts working with Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks).
