"Black November"

Black Friday 2011 may not be until Nov. 25, but Amazon, Walmart and computer store Newegg have decided to launch Black November, revealing new deals each day leading up to the Thanksgiving's midnight madness and encouraging shoppers to purchase more items before the companies' increasingly affordable stock runs out.

Amazon.com is unveiling pre-Black Friday deals and discounts already, with three new Lightning Deals appearing every day at 6 a.m., 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. PST. Lightning Deals offer a limited number of discounts on each item until the next LD strikes, and allow any available variations on the item (like size and color) but no additional charge. Black November won't technically being until Nov. 21, but you can pre-order items throughout the month if you can pounce on the deals first.

Newegg is keeping Black November a bit simpler, discounting particular categories in its computer hardware and software stock each day. So far it only has 20 percent off items like audio/video cables and case fans, but deals promise to get hotter as Black Friday 2011 approaches.

Walmart, meanwhile, is only having one pre-Black Friday sale, and on a Saturday no less: this weekend, on Nov. 5, 2011. It promises, however, to be a massive sales event, generating two Black Friday 2011 shopping opportunities that both cut down on the likelihood of Walmart accidents (we hope) and guarantee the multinational corporation will score big bucks from frantic shoppers twice over.

Want to know what to look for, and where the best deals are? Never fear. We've combed leaks from Walmart's web site, Amazon's daily deals pages, and Newegg's main site to find you the best deals of Black November 2011.
