Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani want to “enjoy dating” and spending time with each other, and are not ready to marry anytime soon, Hollywood Life reported Thursday. Shelton and Stefani began dating shortly after announcing divorces from their spouses and have since sparked wedding rumors.

“They are in no rush to take that step,” a source close to the couple told Hollywood Life. “They want to enjoy dating and being together in the honeymoon phase as long as it lasts and they will start thinking about getting married down the road. No time soon though. It’s just too early.”

Recently Inquistr reported, citing In Touch Weekly, that Shelton and Stefani were planning to get married and the person behind the idea was Stefani.

“Blake asked [Gwen] what she was thinking and Gwen just blurted out, ‘Let’s get married’!” a source reportedly said. “Blake didn’t even blink and said, ‘Let’s do it’! That’s how it started and now they’re not looking back."

The magazine also reported that Shelton and Stefani have already planned for their wedding. “The thought of planning an actual big wedding celebration is the last thing either of them would ever want to do, so they’ve agreed that just disappearing for a few weeks would be ideal. They’re thinking someplace very laid-back and tropical, like Mexico,” another source told In Touch.

Recently, Shelton joked about the paparazzi’s ability to take photos when he least expected them. He also said that his FaceTime chat with Stefani was innocent. The couple has been reportedly FaceTiming on several occasions since they began dating.
