Britney Spears is back -- and this time she has roped in “Fancy” singer Iggy Azalea with her. The gorgeous girls have released the music video of their much-hyped single “Pretty Girls.”

“Pretty Girls” has a 1980s theme and is loosely based on the 1988 Julien Temple-directed movie “Earth Girls Are Easy,” MTV News writes. The movie stars Jeff Goldblum, Damon Wayans and Jim Carrey as aliens who crash-land on Earth after a technical failure in their spaceship. The trio head to Los Angeles and becomes friends with Geena Davis’ character. In the music video, Azalea is an alien and she lands on Earth in Spears' presence. Spears befriends her and gives her a makeover to look like an Earth girl. Spears takes her out and two have a good time in the music video.

The artwork of “Pretty Girls” is also inspired by the soundtrack to “Earth Girls Are Easy.” In a previous interview with USA Today, Azalea said that Spears' character was inspired by the style of Davis. Spears wanted to get dressed in the music video and Azalea could not think of a better way to do so than to emulate Davis' style. Spears told Azalea that she is a big fan of Davis' style and would be happy to dress like her in “Pretty Girls.”

In the music video, Spears also shows off her signature dance moves for which she became famous in the 1990s. The 33-year-old singer also shows off her midriff in the sexy dance steps, which will remind her fans of the time when she released the dance-based music videos of “Oops I Did It Again” and “Hit Me Baby One More Time.”

Spears looks very fresh and girly in the music video of “Pretty Girls,” which is co-directed by Azalea and Cameron Duddy. Duddy previously directed many of Bruno Mars' music videos. The song “Pretty Girls” will be featured on Spears' upcoming unnamed album, Azalea confirmed to MTV News in a previous interview. Spears' last album was “Britney Jean,” which was released in 2013.

Spears and Azalea will perform “Pretty Girls” live at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday. Spears is currently busy with her Las Vegas residency and the singer has been renewed for two more years. “Waiting For Tonight” singer Jennifer Lopez is the latest singer to be signed for a Las Vegas residency.
