  • Catherine Oxenberg called Nxivm leader Keith Raniere a "monster"
  • The "Dynasty" star's daughter, India, is a former member of Nxivm
  • Raniere was sentenced to 120 years in prison Tuesday

“Dynasty” star Catherine Oxenberg called Nxivm leader Keith Raniere a “typical sociopath” after he referred to his accusers as liars during his sentencing.

The actress, whose daughter India revealed her harrowing experience as a member of the alleged sex cult Nxivm, took to Twitter to lambast the convicted sex trafficker after he branded his accusers as liars at his sentencing in Brooklyn federal court on Tuesday.

“Only a monster would discredit his victims.. Remorseful for what? himself? Typical sociopath,” Oxenberg, who is also the daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia, wrote.

Oxenberg also expressed her gratitude to the Brooklyn federal prosecutors who brought Raniere to justice, saying they saved not just her daughter India but others as well.

“TY for putting this predator behind bars,” Oxenberg wrote in a separate tweet.

On Tuesday, India, 29, cried as she told the judge of her traumatic experiences with Raniere when she was still part of the alleged sex cult, New York Post reported. Oxenberg’s daughter recalled the horror of hearing the leader’s voice requesting her to strip as preparation to have intercourse with him.

“Waiting naked like a piece of meat, a branded, brainwashed sex slave,” India said, before telling Raniere, “You raped me.”

Oxenberg’s daughter also referred to Raniere as a “sadist, getting pleasure from watching our skin burn” during the sentencing hearing. India alleged that the Nxivm leader tried to “destroy my family by turning me against my own mother, telling me she was a psychopath.”

India alleged that she was Raniere’s “human science experiment,” whom he put under an extremely restrictive diet to keep her looking young. Oxenberg’s daughter also said she paid $100,000 for Nxivm curriculum when she was a member.

Raniere was sentenced Tuesday to 120 years behind bars for sex trafficking and other crimes. Actress Sarah Edmondson, one of the Nxivm whistleblowers, said to E! News that she was relieved after learning of the sentencing.

"Relieved is the number one word on top of my head right now. I'm really shocked. I really thought for sure life in prison, so this is just like a big bonus," Edmondson said, adding that she had feared he would find a loophole.
