She has been acting strange recently, which has led to some concern from her loved ones, but Hope’s issues are far from over and she’ll continue exhibiting the bizarre behavior on the Friday, Oct. 18 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

As she worried over her mother, Julie’s (Susan Seaforth Hayes) condition when it came to her heart attacks, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) became desperate for anything that would help her, which led to her following Rolf (William Utay) to his lab and waiting for him to make a serum he claimed would extend Julie’s life on the NBC soap. However, he then injected her with it and did a procedure on her—something that has led to her acting a little out of character ever since.

Now, after acting strangely by continuing to lose Julie’s rosary, changing plans last minute and staring off into space and seeming unconcerned about going to the hospital to see Julie after the successful heart transplant surgery, there have been some questions from those who know her best, though her out-of-character actions generally have everyone believing the stress of the situation has gotten to her and she’s just tired. Still, as she keeps acting out of the ordinary, it will start raising new concerns about what it really happening.

“Hope’s strange behavior continues,” spoilers reveal.

Considering that Rolf was behind her strange behavior and performed an operation, and Hope has been feeling a strange prick in her neck, her behavior isn’t going to improve any time soon, and she’s only going to get worse. As a result, her loved ones may be too late, because soon enough, they’ll realize what’s wrong—and that “Princess Gina” has returned.

Meanwhile, as the drama and mystery surrounding Hope grows, things will also be taking their toll on Nicole (Arianne Zucker), who has learned that Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) is pregnant with Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) baby, but is torn on whether or not she should let him know because of what it could wind up meaning for their future together.

Now, after deciding not to reveal the truth, she will find herself worried about it getting out anyway.

“Nicole struggles to keep the truth from Eric,” spoilers state.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
