The VH1 cameras aren’t for everybody, and it seems Mimi Faust’s girlfriend Chris Gould has had enough of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.” Chris, who was introduced on the show during the current fifth season, posted several Instagram videos explaining why she is done with reality TV.

“I feel like I can talk to y’all,” Chris said in the first video. “I’m starting to feel like Tidal against Apple. I think I’ve been as genuine and transparent as I can possibly be, given the magic of editing. And I think I’ve been pretty f--king positive, with the exception of … all of the weird-a-- comments.”

Chris, who identifies as a male, continued: “I really didn’t think it was a big deal how a person saw themselves … With that being said I think it takes a soul less — no, that was extreme … I think it takes a certain type of person to be on reality TV for multiple seasons.”

In a third video, Chris advises people not to “ever” go on reality TV. “Go on ‘Empire’ and s--- and be great … I don’t think that I would ever want to do this again in my life,” Chris said. “I want to do stuff for like GLAAD and stuff. I’m just happy that maybe somebody out there who has a weird way of thinking, like myself, can feel a little more comfortable with themselves.”

According to the blog Fameolous, Mimi and Chris ended their relationship, but neither has confirmed or denied the reports. In interview with VH1 this week, Mimi’s best friend and “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” co-star Ariane Davis talked about Chris and Mimi’s relationship and said she didn’t think Chris was the right person for her friend.

“I keep telling her, and she has even said it out of her mouth recently, ‘I know how to choose them.’ And, boy have you said a mouthful because I thought it for years, but baby? It’s like she’s a magnet for bulls---. Awful,” she said.
