It has been over two decades since the Duke and Duchess of York divorced, but Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew remain amicable with each other and unmarried. But has Ferguson dated anyone since her split from the prince?

According to Francesca Specter, a journalist for Daily Express, the duchess was linked to handsome internet entrepreneur Manuel Fernandez in 2014 and 2017. They were pictured together in a number of occasions. However, Ferguson denied their romance, claiming they're not lovers, only business partners.

"Manuel is a wonderful person, but we are just friends — friends and business partners," Ferguson told Daily Mail in 2016. "I'm the ambassador for his new lifestyle app, vVoosh, which is launching this year."

There were rumors that Ferguson was "devastated" after Fernandez dumped her. However, the entrepreneur denied it and insisted that they're just friends. "We've always been friends," Fernandez said about his connection with Ferguson. "It's like, last week I dumped her, this week I'm probably going to get back with her. That's never been the case. We're friends. Don't I get a say in my own life?"

Just recently, Prince Andrew and Ferguson attended the Royal Ascot together. In fact, they were photographed chatting and laughing. The Duchess of York shared the snap on Instagram and called her ex-husband "family" in the caption. This prompted some of their fans to comment that the two royals may get back together and remarry.

Prince Andrew and Ferguson's marriage ended after the latter was involved in a scandalous affair with her financial advisor, John Bryan. According to royal experts, that was the last straw for the royals.

"She was famously photographed with her financial advisor and she was wearing a bikini in some garden in the south of France and he appeared to be sucking her toes," royal biographer Penny Juror said on ITV's "The Royal Wives of Windsor" documentary. "She was at Balmoral when those photographs came out. The family came down for breakfast and there was Fergie in this shocking scene and that was the end."

Despite the controversy, Prince Andrew and Ferguson remain friends and even share a home at Windsor Lodge. They are expected to sit together at Princess Eugenie's royal wedding.
