One netizen took to Quora to ask, "Does Kate Middleton smoke cigarettes?" A number of netizens responded to the inquiry, and some even said that she did but already stopped, while others said that she never did.

“I do not believe someone who is so health conscious as Kate Middleton is would ever do something so stupid as smoking a cigarette or anything else for that matter! She is surrounded by staff, security teams, and small children constantly!“ Jackie Christian, a PhD of Archeology & History wrote.
