Gary Busey has struck out again.

Busey has been served with a lawsuit after drunkenly shouldering a 57-year-old woman and knocking her to the ground at an Oklahoma airport, reports TMZ.

The woman, Carla Loeffler, filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court claiming that the event happened without provocation.

Loeffler says she and the actor had been waiting to board the same flight at Tulsa airport in May when Busey barreled past her on the jetway to cut the line and board the flight, shouldering her and knocking her to the ground, said TMZ.

She claims that Busey had been downing drinks at an airport bar while waiting for the flight. By the time passengers were called on board, Busey was reportedly wasted.

According to the lawsuit, Loeffler supposedly suffered injuries in the process and is now demanding unspecified damages for her troubles.

At 3:00 a representative for Busey contacted TMZ saying: Gary Busey has no knowledge whatsoever of any of the alleged events reported, and has never been served with any alleged lawsuit, and has no idea of who this person is.

Adding, According to Mr. Busey, this is nothing other than sleazy gossip and a cheap opportunistic attempt to extract some sort of monetary nuisance settlement from a celebrity, by a professional litigant who has a history of filing lawsuits and claiming personal injury.

Busey is supposedly considering taking legal action against his accuser.

Further, after dismissal and/or successful defense of this lawsuit, we shall file a malicious prosecution lawsuit against not only this fraudulent claimant, but her attorney as well.

The actor has had quite a speckled record since 1988.

In December of that year, Busey was severely injured in a motorcycle accident. His skull was fractured and he suffered permanent brain damage.

In 1995 Busey was arrested for cocaine possession after being hospitalized for an overdose of cocaine and GHB.

In 1997 he was accused of pushing a stewardess on a flight. In 1999 he was arrested after a fight with his wife. In 2001 he was arrested again for spousal abuse. And In 2004 his landlord filed a lawsuit to evict him because Busey had not paid his rent in three months.

In 2008, Busey appeared on VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. His zany and erratic behavior was questionable to viewers, who once knew the actor as an Academy Award nominee for The Buddy Holly Story.

Dr. Drew Pinsky sent Busey to psychiatrist Dr. Charles Sophy, who believes that Busey's injuries weakened his mental filters and caused him to speak and act irrationally.

Busey was prescribed the medication Depakote.

Next Monday, Nov. 21 Busey is said to be slotted for a guest spot on CBS' Two and a Half Men as a patient in the same mental institution as Alan.
