Nina previously told Jax that she had a lot in common with Nelle, but for the week of April 20 on “General Hospital,” Nina will begin to suspect that she and Nelle may have more in common than she expected.

Last week on “GH,” Nina (Cynthia Watros) told Jax (Ingo Rademacher) she felt awful because she noticed a lot of similarities between herself and Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Nina told Jax that she was just as terrible as Nelle because she kidnapped Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) after she was born.

However, Jax assured Nina she was nothing like Nelle because Nina was suffering from mental issues at the time of the incident.

Meanwhile, Nelle was perfectly sane and chose to destroy the lives of others. Jax reminded Nina that even though she was unable to care for her daughter after her birth, Nelle gave Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) away and was now using him to manipulate others.

Jax revealed Nina would never use a baby as a bargaining chip and that it was proof that she was nothing like Nelle. Nina seemed to accept Jax’s explanation, but it appears she will begin to doubt herself once again.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Nina learns a little more about Nelle. Viewers are aware that the only thing that Nina has of the daughter she never met is a half heart necklace. In a flashback from when Nelle was a little girl, Nelle was seen wearing a half heart necklace.

In the present, she was seen going through an old box of items, which contained the same necklace. Now that Nelle will be spending more time with Nina after being hired at Crimson, will Nina begin to suspect that Nelle is her long lost daughter?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
