  • Players are having a hard time completing the quest
  • Check out the tips and tricks on how to find the Pearl Galley and unlock Pinghai

The Zhongli questline in "Genshin Impact" has some players fumbling around the southernmost part of Liyue, trying to find ways to push through. The most recent character quest in the game takes players into the water and if they are not careful, they could drown while in the process of getting there. For players wondering how to get to the Pearl Galley and locate Pinhai, these tips and tricks might come in handy.

How To Get To The Pearl Galley

The Pearl Galley is a posh ship floating gracefully just outside of Liyue harbor. The secret to getting into the idly sitting boat lies a bit farther of its south. Players could go to the south through the harbor or by using the Golden House to teleport to the west. After that, they should head to the far east and climb to the very top of the lone mountain south of the Pearl Galley. This is only half of the journey.

How To Unlock Pinghai

When players board the Pearl Galley, they will be stopped by security and taken to an NPC named Luoxia, who is the receptionist. She will tell players that they need an invitation to be on the ship. She will also ask them to speak with everyone on the ship.

This starts the Ocean Pearl questline, which aims to task players to warp back to Liyue Harbor and deliver a letter to Chaoxi. Players will then have to deliver Chaoxi's response to Cui'er and come back to Luoaxia after. She will then direct the players to Pinghai, who is on the lower deck of the Pearl Galley.

Speaking with Pinghai completes everything and rewards players with adventure points. Pinghai will now be at Liyue Harbor and players can visit him at the docks any time they want. Once Pinghai is unlocked, players no longer need to glide and go through the long process to see Pinghai again.

"Genshin Impact" is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, iOS and Android devices. The game is currently in development for Nintendo Switch and PS5. The game is available on Sony's next-gen gaming console through backward compatibility.
