Jennifer Aniston cried when she was asked about the rumors that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were expecting a baby.

It has been over a decade since Pitt and Aniston broke up, but many are still hoping that they’ll get back together. According to Leslie Bennetts, who did a tell-all interview with the “Cake” star in 2006, Pitt’s first ex-wife was heartbroken over the rumors that he was expecting a baby with Jolie.

“When I ask Aniston about that [the pregnancy rumours], she looks as if I’ve stabbed her in the heart,” Bennetts recalled.

“Her eyes well up and spill over. Several long minutes go by as the tears keep rolling down her cheeks; she bites her lip, seemingly unable to speak. Finally, she shakes her head; this subject is simply too excruciating to discuss. ”

Aniston’s friend Kristin Hahn also believed that Pitt and Joie’s baby news was painful for the “Friends” alum. According to her, it was actually her “worst fear” for Aniston.

“My worst fear is that Jen will have to face them having a baby together soon, because that would be beyond beyond painful,” Hahn said.

Pitt and Aniston didn’t have any children. Aniston revealed following their split that she was hoping to find a man who would be the father of her kids. Contrary to reports, Aniston actually wanted to have babies.

“It’s out there. It will happen. There’s an amazing man that’s wandering the streets right now who’s the father of my children,” Aniston said.

“In five years I would hope to be married and have a kid.”

After Pitt, Aniston dated and married Justin Theroux. However, their marriage only lasted for two years. Despite going through two failed marriages, Aniston have no regrets and said that in her own opinion, her marriages were “very successful.”

Meanwhile, Pitt defended himself after his statement about Aniston was taken in the wrong context. Following their separation, the “Ad Astra” actor admitted that there were times when he wasted opportunities because he was not living an interesting life and it happened while he was married to the “Horrible Bosses” actress.

According to Pitt, Aniston was not dull and he valued their relationship. He added that Aniston was incredibly giving, loving and hilarious and she remains to be one of his friends.
