Is Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber’s mom, dating Chris Harrison of “The Bachelor.” It may be premature to call Mallette and Harrison an item, but the two did hang out together at a Bieber concert after “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest hooked them up.

Mallette, 37, confirmed she met Harrison, 41, with a Twitter post and picture of “The Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” host with his arm around Justin Bieber’s mom.

“Had a great night w @chrisbharrison! Thanks @ryanseacrest for setting it up,” Mallette tweeted to her nearly 1.4 million Twitter followers.

Seacrest jokingly responded to the tweet.

“Does he get a rose?” Seacrest asked, referencing the roses given out by “Bachelor” and “The Bachelerotte” contestants to the men and women they’re interested in.

It wasn’t exactly the most romantic setting for Mallette and Harrison’s date – they met backstage at a Bieber concert at the Staples Center.

“Huge thanks to @justinbieber @pattiemallette for an incredible night. Huge cool dad pts! Great show!” Harrison tweeted.

Is love blossoming for Mallette and Harrison? A source close to Justin Bieber’s mom told Us Weekly that the get together was more casual.

"It was just a fun, friendly night!" the source told the gossip magazine. "No real sparks, but they had a blast . . . She's known Chris before and they are acquaintances. No real romance though."

Harrison is newly single after separating from his college sweetheart and wife of 18 years, Gwen Jones, back in May, KABC reported.

Mallette, a single mother who had Bieber when she was 17 years old, eschewed dating until Bieber recently turned 18 in March. She has also abstained from sex since she was 21, according to KABC.

Mallette spoke about her love life, or lack thereof, on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show last month.

The talk show host joked on how she would help Mallette find love.

“I am going to get you six months on Match.com," Ellen told Justin Bieber’s mom, according to OK! magazine. "My treat… here you go… six months free. If it doesn't work out I'll renew it for six more months."
