Kate Hudson celebrates her first anniversary date with Danny Fujikawa.

On Sunday, the "Marshall" star took to Instagram to re-affirm her love for her boyfriend. Hudson shared a snap of her and Fujikawa kissing in a bridge and in the caption, she shared how they met and became romantic.

"The first time I met Danny I was 23 and enormously pregnant with Ryder. His step sisters are my best friends @sarafoster @erinfoster and so it goes we have been in the same circle for over a decade!" Hudson wrote. "A year ago today Danny took me on a hike and what I thought was just a hike with a family friend turned very quickly into an unexpected first date. No moves were made on this first date. In fact, it took months for him to make a first move! And as a kiss on this bridge would have been nice, the kiss a year later was so much sweeter."

According to Hudson, they have known each other for 15 years already. The "Deepwater Horizon" star described their affection as "pure love" and concluded her caption with "Happy first date anniversary baby."

In March, Hudson and Fujikawa were spotted packing on PDA as they kissed in Los Angeles. "Kate grabbed him and wrapped her arms around him," an eyewitness said. "They were kissing and not shy about it at all. She was really flirty."

Hudson has an eye for musicians. The "Almost Famous" star was previously married to the Black Crowe's frontman Chris Robinson. She also previously dated DJ Diplo, Nick Jonas and Matthew Bellamy. Aside from musicians, she was romantically involved to athletes including golfer Adam Scott, Lance Armstrong, Baron Davis and Alex Rodriguez who is currently dating Jennifer Lopez.

Hudson was also linked to Angelina Jolie's ex Brad Pitt. In November, the "Bride Wars" star reacted to the rumors involving him to Pitt. She denied it but admitted that she kind of like those reports.

"That was the craziest rumor of all time. There's nothing true to that. As a matter of fact, I hadn't actually seen him in, like, four years," Hudson said. "It was kind of an awesome rumor. I kind of liked it. I was like, 'OK, fine. We're having twins!'"
