Kate Middleton and Prince William are having more fun in their marriage.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge aren’t as tactile as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. However, Prince William and Middleton have become sweeter after welcoming Prince Louis, and the couple looks increasingly happy these days

“William and Kate are currently blending tradition and formality with an increase in congruent signals of happiness and even fun together at public events,” body language expert Judi James told Express.

“Their touch rituals, eye contact and tie signs also seem to have increased since Louis was born although they still appear to be averse to creating anything approaching the kind of non-verbal royal soap opera that surrounded Princess Diana.”

James pointed out how Prince William and Middleton show intense mirroring or postural echo. The expert said that the royal couple has been like this since they were first engaged.

For instance, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have twin waves. Also, there appears to be natural and effortless synchronicity between them which could be due to the years and experiences they have shared together.

James’ observations about Prince William and Middleton becoming more tactile is true. The couple has become more touchy on their recent outings.

According to Harper’s Bazaar, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were very affectionate when they visited Northern Ireland to attend an event at Belfast’s Empire Music Hall.

At one point, Middleton placed a hand on Prince William’s back and he placed his arm around her. When Middleton walked toward another guest, the duke pulled her closer to introduce her to the people he was talking to.

Days after that event, Prince William and Middleton were spotted holding hands while walking as they made their way to a chopper that would fly them to Blackpool. The couple was smiling and happily chatting as they left Kensington Palace.

When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were already in Blackpool, Prince William made an “unusual gesture” to Middleton. He was photographed raising his hand and resting it on Middleton’s hip as they greeted the public. Prince William was also caught staring at Middleton and she smiled back at him.
