Sunday marks the 5th birthday of Britain’s Prince George of Cambridge, but it also marks a very special day in Kate Middleton’s life. July 22 is also the day the Duchess of Cambridge will be celebrating her fifth year as a mom since welcoming the young prince in 2013.
Since last summer, Middleton, 36, has not only been busy fulfilling her royal duties alongside the British royal family and her husband, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, she’s also been raising her children in the limelight.
Last July, months before announcing she was expecting a third child and just days before Prince George’s fourth birthday, she traveled to Germany and Poland for a three-day tour with William, George, and now 3-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte.
In May, just shy of one month after giving birth to her and William’s third son, Prince Louis of Cambridge, she stepped out with her family for the Windsor wedding of her brother-in-law Prince Harry to American actress Meghan Markle, who is now the Duchess of Sussex.
The following month, she appeared alongside her extended family for the Trooping the Colour ceremony at Buckingham Palace. Finally, earlier this month, she appeared with newborn Prince Louis for his christening at St. James's Palace in London.
