Wendy Williams has been married to husband Kevin Hunter for over two decades, but over the last couple of years, rumors have surfaced that Hunter has been seeing another woman, even taking her on vacations alongside Williams. And while he rarely speaks out, he commented on Thursday about his wife, just days after she admitted to living in a sober house to combat addiction issues.

“Wendy is doing well," Hunter told Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier.

Hunter also spoke about how their marriage is going. The two have a son together, Kevin Jr., and Hunter said, "We’re doing well as a family. We are moving forward with working on her sobriety and doing the work to help others, not just ourselves."

Prior to Williams' public admission on her talk show that she is going through a tough time, she said no one knew she was staying in a sober house aside from her husband and son. And Hunter, who is also her manager and the executive producer of her hit show, is standing by her side.

"It is a family process," he told ET. "Anybody that has to deal with this knows this a family process...and we are dealing with it and moving forward.”

There is still the lingering curiosity, however, about his alleged relationship with Sharina Hudson, a masseuse. The DailyMail reports the two have been carrying on an affair for more than 10 years. Williams has never publicly acknowledged Hudson, but did address her marriage on her show earlier this month.

“I’m still very much in love with my husband and anyone who’s been married...you know," she said. "Marriages have ebbs and flows; marriage isn’t easy. And don’t ask me about mine until you see this [wedding ring] gone. And it ain’t going anywhere, not in this lifetime.”
