Kourtney Kardashian loves to stay in shape by following a proper diet and exercise routine, but even she can’t avoid indulging in some junk food from time to time. In a recent interview, the Poosh founder talked about how she has stopped her keto diet and raided her mom’s pantry for junk food.

One of the ways Kardashian keeps her skin healthy is by avoiding diary. In an interview with Health, she said that her house is gluten-free and diary-free because it affects her sensitive skin if she eats these products. The Poosh founder loves a keto diet, but she revealed that she isn’t on this diet at the moment.

A keto diet involves consuming lots of protein and fat while avoiding carbs as much as possible. Kardashian is not on this diet right now, but she has been trying intermittent fasting. The way she does this is by having bone broth for dinner if she feels she is full after eating too much during the day. She also has bone broth if she feels that she is falling sick.

Having a strict diet routine doesn’t mean that Kardashian doesn’t have cheat days. She revealed that her mom Kris Jenner has a good pantry in Palm Springs that is filled with junk food. The reality TV star loves to raid her mom’s pantry when she can.

The Poosh founder also revealed that she bought Funyans, Chex Mix, and mini doughnuts during a recent road trip. Kardashian previously shared pictures of the vacation she took with her children, her sisters, and their kids on Instagram.
