Lady Gaga has reportedly been able to use her powers of persuasion when it comes to influencing the charities that Prince William, Duke of Cambridge supports.

According to the Daily Mail, Prince William is set to meet representatives this week from The Albert Kennedy Trust after the "A Star is Born" actress suggested he become involved. The organization is known for helping homeless LGBTQ youth.

After reading an open letter written by the "Born This Way" singer regarding post-traumatic stress disorder, the pair collaborated on a 2017 project for Heads Together, which is a mental health initiative led by The Royal Foundation.

According to the AKT website, the charity offers an online support service and has physical locations in London and the North West and North East. These centers can provide safe housing, mentoring and job training for the intended demographic.

An insider divulged to the Daily Mail that after their initial meeting they opted to keep in touch, which eventually led Lady Gaga, 33, to encourage the royal to get involved. The "Bad Romance" singer has previously worked with The Albert Kennedy Trust herself. The source added, "The stories she shared with him inspired him to lend a hand."
