Leonardo DiCaprio has emerged to be a solid actor who enjoys a healthy working relationship with his peers. Almost all of DiCaprio’s movies have been critically acclaimed. This allowed him to work with many people, most of them are talented actors and actresses in their own right. That healthy working relationship has also transformed into friendships with countless people in the industry.

With his participation in Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood,” many are wondering whether there’s a blossoming friendship between him and co-star Margot Robbie. Robbie and DiCaprio last worked together in another movie, “The Wolf of Wall Street.”

Cheat Sheet reported that the actor considers Kevin Connelly and “Titanic” co-star Kate Winslet as his close friends. And now Robbie could soon be part of his list of closest pals. After all, Leo has said that his relationship with the Aussie beauty is so close that he claims to know the moments when Robbie would become a big star in Hollywood.

Even before filming started for “The Wolf of Wall Street,” DiCaprio got a taste of how talented Margot is when the actress decided to hit Leo during the auditions for the role of Naomi Lapaglia, the paramour of DiCaprio’s character in the film. The panel that held the auditions were clearly impressed, although they were initially shocked.

The hit didn’t faze Leo’s impression of Robbie, and they even became friends. The next instance where he knew she was set for stardom was during the filming of the movie. Metro reported that it was during a scene which called for Margot to throw a glass of water at the actor, who played her on-screen husband, Jordan Belfort.

At that moment, DiCaprio said that Robbie’s “giving back to the scene” was a testament to how far she would go to make a scene her own. Evidence of how far she had come are Oscar nominations she received for her roles in the movies “I, Tanya” and “Mary Queen of Scots.”

Aside from Robbie, DiCaprio is also said to have formed a good friendship with his first-time co-actor Brad Pitt. The three big Hollywood personalities come together in “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” alongside other stars like Dakota Fanning, Al Pacino, Damian Lewis, Emile Hirsch, and late actor Luke Perry.
