Madonna's new look surprised experts, and they shared their thoughts about the various procedures she probably went through to achieve her new appearance.

Madonna's new look surprised many, with some saying it was "freaky" and others saying she gave them a "Marilyn Manson" vibe. Even plastic surgery experts felt the same way.

"She does look like Halloween came a little early," renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir told Page Six. "She has a really exaggerated 'V'-shape now."

Dr. Ehsan Ali, the CEO of Beverly Hills Concierge Doctor and Urgent Care, echoed the same sentiment. He admitted that when he saw Madonna's post for the first time, just like many others, he was "very surprised" by her appearance. Based on the expert's opinion, the "Like A Virgin" singer probably went through nine procedures, the outlet noted.

"She for sure had a facelift," Dr. Ali claimed. "You can see her skin is pulled back and tightened, with no loose skin and no wrinkles. A facelift also alters the shape of your eyes, which you can see in her image, her eyes seem 'pulled back.'"

He added that the Grammy winner probably had rhinoplasty too, which Kassir, a renowned go-to rhinoplasty doctor, agreed with, noting that Madonna's nose "looks too narrow with a pointy tip."

In addition, Ali speculated that Madonna got Botox because there was a visible reduction of wrinkles in different areas of her face, and there was "minimal movement and no expression lines."

Dr. Ali also said that her cheekbones were "completely different" and looked "much more prominent," which he believed were the results of filler. Kassir echoed the same sentiment, saying her cheeks appear "too high" and have a plump appearance.

Physician associate Pamela Weinberger of Plump Cosmetics and Injectables in Miami agreed that Madonna may have gotten injections to her cheeks and the excess use of filler "over time" may be what was giving the singer an "unnatural" look.

She also suggested that another factor giving Madonna her unnatural look was her surgical brow. The physician associate hoped that it would "settle" over time. It was reportedly noticeable because her hairline appeared pushed back.

Weinberger believed that the "La Isla Bonita" singer may have gotten Botox to slim the jawline, which the expert described as "too flat and long" at present. Dr. Ali suggested Madonna may have undergone a more extreme method to achieve a "clean jawline."

"At her age, loose skin around the neck is common, and the fact she has a clean jawline shows me she has had lipo under her chin, and a neck lift to pull the skin back," he said.

She added that the "Frozen" singer may have injected filler into her temples — the "most impactful" for aging people. But she felt that Madonna's look was "extremely overdone," and this type of filler was "less is more."

Weinberger concluded that Madonna might need to spend $30,000 or more to correct her appearance and look like her former self.
