This apparently happened while the actress got close to her fiancé's social circle. "A lot of Meghan's friends haven't heard from her," the source told Grazia magazine. "In some cases, she sent a mutual friend to explain she would no longer be in touch."

The insider added that many expected Markle's life to change after she got together with Prince Harry. At the time, the bride-to-be has become close the royal prince's crowd, including newly engaged Princess Eugenie and Lara Hughes-Young, wife of Prince Harry's best friend Tom Inskip.

"People understood as soon as it became clear how serious her relationship with Harry had become," the insider added. "Meghan is sociable but her life has changed and certain friendships can't go on."

Aside from her circle of friends, a lot of things are expected to change in Markle's life especially when she officially becomes a royal. For instance, her social media presence is expected to be limited, but the actress has already made actions with this. Markle has already deleted her accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. In April, she also shut down her lifestyle blog, The Tig, which according to her was a passion project.

In addition, Markle who is very outspoken when it comes to social and racial issues is expected to keep her political opinions to herself, once she becomes a royal. Queen Elizabeth II and the members of the royal family are prohibited from discussing their political views.

However, Markle will continue to break royal protocols as she makes her way to join Prince Harry's family. According to an insider, the "Horrible Bosses" star is making a speech on her wedding day. Markle will reportedly take it as an opportunity to thank Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Harry, her family and friends.

"The feeling is if Meghan's father doesn't speak for her, she wants to have the chance to thank her husband and everyone who has supported them. Harry thinks it's a great idea," the source said.
