Coffee City, Texas -- A 10-day-old baby boy who went missing three days ago has been found safe by authorities. Police say the child's parents had abducted him after losing legal custody.

The newborn, Ryder Williams, was last seen Monday. Police were looking for the baby's parents – Michelle Wolf, 31, and Ricky Williams, 36, – in connection with the disappearance, NBC Dallas-Forth Worth reported.

Wolf turned herself in to authorities in Hunt City hours after an Amber Alert was issued for the child Thursday, CBS 19 reported. Police had already received information that Wolf was in Hunt County. She also agreed to hand her son over to Child Protective Services.

The parents lost custody of Ryder after the child tested positive for narcotics, authorities said.

In the Amber Alert, the Coffee City Police Department described Ryder as a white male, 19.6 inches tall, weighing 6 lbs and 12 ounces, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was reportedly wearing a sky blue onesie with images of blue sharks at the time of his disappearance. Police said the couple was last seen driving a white truck "on or around July 5." It had asked people to call 911 or the Coffee City Police Department as the baby was in "grave or immediate danger."

Police later found Ricky in Tyler and arrested him. No charges have been filed against the parents as police are awaiting the baby's blood test results, ABC 13 reported.

Earlier this week, another child in Chicago was found safe after an Amber Alert was issued for her. The Amber Alert for Antaneya Smith, 15, was issued Monday and was canceled later that day after she was found unharmed by the deputies. She was suspected to have been abducted by an unknown masked person. Police tracked down the child and her abductor on the Dan Ryan Expressway as the latter was trying to flee in a vehicle.
