Is another MTV "Siesta Key" star getting the boot? If it were up to Paul Apostolides there would be.

The cousin of the recently axed Alex Kompothecras has recently led a campaign against "Siesta Key" pot-stirrer Chloe Trautman for her use of a racial slur, which was caught on camera. In the spirit of keeping things fair, Paul has called on MTV to treat her the same as Alex. However, that hasn't happened, so he took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to call out the network before the show's new episode aired.

"Last week we all saw footage of Chloe assaulting me and my vehicle while using a racist derogatory term that starts with an n and ends with an r," he began. "Since then @MTV has not only taken no action against her for this disturbing behavior but they released a statement to @TMZ_tv defending her actions."

Pauly then proceeded to call the network "culture vultures" and accused them of only firing Alex as a publicity stunt.

"I want fans to realize that @mtv does not care about racism, injustice, or black lives they care about keeping their name in the spotlight," he wrote.

In the following post, Pauly shared that he would be filing a police report in connection to the incident involving Chloe and added, "I will be pursuing charges to the full extent of the law against Chloe."

He also posted a picture of a victim's rights brochure from the police department and a quote with the words "want battle... I'll give you war" underlined.

Pauly's actions come just about a week after MTV confirmed Alex would no longer be a part of "Siesta Key." In a statement issued on June 16, the network revealed that the new father had been fired because of past racist social media posts.

A spokesperson for the network said, "We’ve made the decision to cut ties with Alex and are editing the current season to minimize his presence. He will not be in future seasons of 'Siesta Key.'"

"Siesta Key" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on MTV.
