A UFO expert claimed to have spotted several ancient alien artifacts in NASA’s raw photos of Mars. Some of the objects spotted by the expert included a weapon, a couple of spacecraft and a dwelling.

The strange objects were spotted by Scott Waring of ET Data Base. According to Waring, he saw the images as he was browsing Gigapan’s website, which features a panoramic photo of Mars that was taken by NASA’s Curiosity rover.

The photos that were used to create the panoramic image were taken by the rover on SOL 1419. Many of the photos mainly focused on various rock formations and Mars’ desert-like terrain.

As Waring was going through the photos, he spotted a couple of objects that he believes are of alien origin. One of these resembles a carving of a creature’s head wearing a helmet. Aside from this, Waring also saw an alien spacecraft as well as a small house-like structure with a door.

Based on the appearance of the objects, Waring speculated that they originated from Mars’ ancient times.

“I was searching a Mars photo and found some really interesting alien artifacts,” Waring wrote on a blog post. “These objects are very old and worn from erosion from wind and time, but they are still easy to make out.”

“I found a face of a person,” he added. “It looks male, with a war helmet on that goes far down its neck and shoulders. There was a landed alien ship on a hilltop. It stood on three legs and its engines almost look like jet engines in design. There were a door and doorway into a small structure. This door is not more than 7 inches tall and yet, it would fit the human-like statues I have found over the years.”

Aside from these objects, Waring also saw what appears to be a huge gun mounted on a hilltop. As noted by Waring, it resembles the massive turrets of military battleships.

“I found a huge gun sticking out the top of the hill,” Waring stated. “The outline of it makes it look very modern and what you would normally see on a Navy battleship.”
