One Raptors fan is in a lot of trouble over lewd comments he made during the NBA Finals on Sunday while on live television. As the Toronto Raptors played against the Golden State Warriors, which has Stephen Curry on their roster, the fan in question decided to say something vulgar about the player's wife, Ayesha Curry.

The man, who identified himself as Tristan Warkentin, said on CP24 news after the Raptors lost 109-104 in Game 2, "I just wanted to let everyone know: Ayesha Curry, we’re going to [expletive] her in the [expletive]."

The clip has since gone viral, and Warkentin, who works as a salesman in the Ottawa area, is now apologizing. "I’m not in a position to defend myself in terms of what happened. I am sure you understand the influence of alcohol," he said in a statement. "What I did was disgraceful; it was an alcohol-influenced situation."

Reporter Kelly Linehan, who was on camera during the incident, was swift to comment on Warkentin's remarks on Twitter, writing, "I love covering the Raptors. I love the fans and I love the post-season feeling in the city. However, I really can’t stand when people hijack an interview to spew vile comments on live TV. Toronto is so much better than that."

Toronto police announced they are investigating the incident, and Warkentin also noted that he would like to apologize to the Curry family. "What I am trying to do is maybe reach out to Mr. and Mrs. Curry, and that’s realistically who I feel I owe an apology to — and maybe Toronto," he told the Toronto Sun.
