'One Piece' 1041 Raw Scans: Luffy's Death To 'Prevent What Might Happen'

The raw scans for "One Piece" 1041 are finally out and they suggest that something sinister is going to happen if Monkey D. Luffy is not be eliminated now.

"One Piece" 1041 raw scans reveal that Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat pirates, continues to fight against the strongest creature, Kaido, on the roof of the Skull Dome. But while the main character of the series is showcasing his latest technique and swearing to kick Kaido out of Wano Kuni, the Gorousei has an ominous plan.

As revealed by the conversation between the CP-0 boss and the voice from the Den Den Mushi, the World Government recognizes that it is almost impossible to eliminate Luffy, especially while he is in the middle of a fight with Kaido, but the order has been given to "prevent what might happen."

While the chapter is vague on what the Gorousei is trying to prevent from happening, some fans have their own theories about the reason behind Luffy's latest death sentence. One theory suggests that the order is linked to the Devil Fruit mentioned in one of the previous chapters.

Some fans believe Shank is a snitch and is working with the Gorousei and the person who informed them about Luffy and his Devil Fruit. They also connected that in Chapter 907, Red Hair talked to the Gorousei about a pirate, whom they believe is Monkey D. Luffy.

Other fans also pointed out that during the War of the Best, Sengoku listened to Shanks' suggestion and even allowed him and his crew to handle the burial of Whitebeard and Ace. Sengoku had also told Shanks he will allow it because it was him.

However, all of these are speculations and unconfirmed. The manga has yet to confirm if any of these theories is accurate.

The latest set of raw scans also revealed Momonosuke's dilemma about opening Wano Kuni. While everything looks grim for Oden's son, Zunisha is there just waiting for Momo's order. The wandering ancient elephant is on stand by and the fleet of WG's ship is within its radius.

Momo can easily eliminate the ships out of the picture by telling Zunisha what it can do to help. Also, Kumurasaki finally reveals her real identity to Orochi, who is now trapped under the rubble and could not transform because Hyori put a sea stone on him.

Things are getting a lot more exciting in "One Piece" and the upcoming chapters will surely blow fans away.
