Picture: Mama June Says Goodbye To Turkey Neck And Bat Wings After Weight Loss Surgery

“From Not to Hot” star Mama June Shannon is slated to reveal her new look on the season finale Friday. The mother-of-four had surgery on her neck and arms to remove excess skin in the final part of her transformation.

“Today’s the big day. Mama’s been gone for three weeks and she’s coming home from California,” Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson said in an exclusive sneak peek, which was obtained by People Magazine Friday. “They wouldn’t let her come home until they could make sure that she wouldn’t have no nerve damage.”

The 11-year-old was nervous to see her mother. “I’m really scared that I’m not even going to recognize who she is,” she said.

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, 17, was anxious, too. “Her double chin is gone, her bat wings are gone. She’s going to look like a completely different person,” Pumpkin said.

They weren’t the only ones. Shannon’s sister, Doe Doe, didn’t “even remember what June looks like without a turkey neck.”

Even Shannon was scared to lose it. “I'm ready to get the surgery over with to remove my turkey neck, but I'm kinda gonna miss my turkey neck,” she admitted, according to the Daily Mail. “It's more famous than I am.”

It was Shannon’s plan to show off her “revenge body” at her ex-husband’s wedding, but the 37-year-old was disinvited from Sugar Bear’s nuptials by his soon-to-be wife, Jennifer. Worse, Jennifer didn’t tell Shannon. She called Alana.

“I don't know why Jennifer's calling me, because every time I talk to her, it causes some issue with Mama,” the former “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star told the camera in a confessional, according to Us Weekly. “Why does Jennifer put me in front of this adult crap? I'm too young for this. My mama's gonna take the news of being disinvited to this wedding horrible. … Mama was so mad when I didn't tell her about dress shopping [with Jennifer]. I can't do this again.”
