Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, kicked off the nine day royal tour of Canada and the U.S. celebrating Canada Day July 1 in Ottawa and Quebec, Reuters reports.
The trip, which began in Ottawa, will include stops to Prince Edward Island, the Northwest Territories, Calgary and concludes in California, the Telegraph reports.
The royal couple is scheduled to arrive in Los Angeles July 8 and depart July 10.
