Prince William was terrified when Prince George was born.

The arrival of Prince George made the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge first-time parents. According to Prince William he practiced how to secure his son’s car seat in the back seat and confessed that he was very terrified that something might not turn right.

“Believe, me it wasn’t my first time,” Prince William said about securing his son’s seat on the back of the vehicle.

“I know there’s been some speculation about that. I had to practice, I really did. I was terrified it was going to fall off or the door wasn’t going to close properly.”

Prince William was also asked why he opted to drive his family home when they can have a chauffeur. According to the future king, it was his means of doing things on his own way.

Prince William also revealed that he was in shock and high during Prince George’s public debut. He admitted that he was very happy to show off his newborn son to whoever wanted to see him and proclaim that he is the “best looking” or “best everything.”

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton had a different concern when they welcomed Princess Charlotte. The Duchess of Cambridge had always made speedy hospital exits after her delivery. Just hours after giving birth, she’s up for her child’s public debut.

When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were on the steps at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital to introduce their newborn daughter, Middleton expressed her fears of Princess Charlotte getting cold. Prince William assured his wife that their little one was fine and she was well. However, Middleton insisted that they take Princess Charlotte inside.

In related news, Prince William used to wave like Princess Charlotte. In a clip shared on Instagram, the Duke of Cambridge when he was about the same age as Prince George visited Sarah Ferguson with Princess Diana and Prince Harry. They were welcomed by Prince Andrew outside the facility.

Prince William waved at the crowd when they were about to enter the hospital. When they went outside and walked toward their car, he was still waving. Since he couldn’t stop waving, Princess Diana had to force his hand inside the car.
