  • Fans claimed Ella looked like a mini version of Pumpkin while Bentley looked like her husband, Josh Efird

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon paid tribute to her two children on social media way ahead of Thanksgiving Day.

On Thursday, the 21-year-old reality star took to Instagram to express how thankful she is for having her kids in her life. She also shared a series of snaps showing her 3-year-old daughter Ella Grace and 3-month-old son Bentley Jameson with husband Josh Efird, 25.

Three photos featured Ella donning an adorable fall-themed ensemble while posing in front of a sign that read “Give Thanks.” Another photo showed Ella hugging her little brother as they smile to the camera.

One of the photos Pumpkin shared also caught the attention of her fans, for it showed baby Bentley riding a carousel with his aunt, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 16.

“The two things I’m most thankful for [red heart emoji]. You guys helped momma through some of the darkest times and I’ll forever be grateful for you two!! Reach for the stars baby,” the mother of two captioned her post.

Fans quickly flooded the comments section with positive messages for the TV personality and her kids. Many complimented Pumpkin’s children and called them “beautiful.” Several also wrote “adorable.” Meanwhile, some fans discussed which parent the kids got their looks from.

“Your kids are adorable. Ella is a mini Pumpkin while [baby] Bentley is a mini Josh,” one wrote.

“So cute. Ella looks just like you,” another commented.

“You guys have the most adorable babies,” a third user chimed in.

The post comes days after Pumpkin’s mom, June Shannon, 42, addressed the issue involving Honey Boo Boo, who recently got flak online for dating a 20-year-old college student named Dralin Carswell.

Fans were not pleased knowing that Alana is still in high school, while her boyfriend is four years older than her. However, some pointed out that the legal age of consent in Georgia is 16.

When asked about the issue, the “Mama June: From Not To Hot” star said that she didn’t see any problem with Alana and Dralin’s relationship because the latter is a “respectful” and “good guy.”

“They've been together almost a year, and they talked a little bit before that. But um, I mean, he is respectful. He treats her good. He kind of helps out, you know, with the family whenever needed to be. I don't have a problem with him,” she exclusively told E! News.

Mama June also shared that even Pumpkin approves of Alana’s relationship with the college student. Pumpkin remains to be Alana’s legal guardian after she was granted custody of her younger sister in 2019, in the wake of Mama June’s arrest over drug-related charges.

In May, Pumpkin confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that her sister was already dating, but she did not reveal the identity of Alana’s boyfriend at the time.

“She does have a little boyfriend who, like, comes over and stuff, like, he comes over for dinners and stuff, he’s very respectful. Everyone approves of him,” she said.
