Yolanda Foster is fed up with the chatter amongst the ladies of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” about her diagnosis. In an attempt to quell their confusion, she invites her co-stars along on a trip to New York for the Global Lyme Alliance Gala during Season 6, episode 16 — but was it enough?

The episode kicked off with a lavish party at former “RHOBH” star Camille Grammer's house to benefit endocrine cancer, which she was diagnosed with in 2013. The goal of the event was to raise money for the cause by allowing attendees to shop for pricey jewels. Despite the glamorous setting, it wasn’t long before things turned ugly. Lisa Rinna, who said during a pre-party confessional that she was not feeling comfortable with seeing Yolanda that night, was noticeably not herself. While sitting around a dinner table with a majority of the cast, Yolanda calls her out on her awkward behavior at which time she decides, perhaps even more awkwardly, to be upfront with her.

Lisa R. reveals to Yolanda that she is struggling to trust her, especially after seeing a photo of her with Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville taken on the same day of Erika Girardi's disastrous dinner party. Yolanda shares that she, too, is struggling with trust, especially after catching wind of the controversial comments being made about her and her children's diagnoses among the cast.

Lisa R. goes on about Yolanda missing the party in favor of Kim's birthday luncheon while Erika, who is seemingly the only person who should have been bothered by Yolanda's absence, looks on in discomfort. Yolanda is adamant that she only skipped Erika's dinner because she agreed to be at Kim's lunch long before Erika's invite was sent. This doesn't appease Lisa R. or Eileen Davidson, who also joined in on the conversation, but both drop it. Lisa R. says they won't be hugging it out but rather looking at their relationship as "a work in progress." Yolanda agrees before conveniently leaving the party.

Despite the tension, Yolanda invites the entire cast to join her, David Foster, Erika and her husband Tom Girardi at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala. Eileen and Lisa Vanderpump are unable to attend, but Kyle, Kathryn and Lisa R. agree to go along. The big day arrives, and they board Erika and Tom's private jet and head for the Big Apple. During the flight, Kathryn seizes the opportunity to apologize to Tom for her behavior at Erika's dinner party, which he graciously accepts. Upon landing, the ladies are shown to their beautiful accommodations which feature cases upon cases of lavish jewelry.

Later that evening, they sip cocktails and chat about Yolanda's long road to recovery before heading out to the hotel rooftop for a toast. Yolanda alludes to challenges in her marriage to David caused by her illness but seems hopeful that with her wellness on the rise, things will get better. David is then overheard conversing with a friend who asks if he is "feeling better." Yolanda's now-estranged husband responds negatively and, unlike his wife, seems to have little hope that their marriage can come back from this dark and trying time.

The drama continues as the day of the Gala approaches on next Tuesday's episode of "RHOBH." In addition, the ladies will be jetting of to Dubai, United Arab Emirates for one last hoorah before the season comes to a close.

"RHOBH" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
