For four nonconsecutive weeks, Filipino boy band SB19 has ruled over Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart as BTS' "Butter" slid down further to No. 7 spot on Billboard’s newest chart.

SB19’s “Bazinga” is again on the top position on Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart dated Jan. 8 with a total of 2.1 million Twitter mentions in the tracking week from Dec. 23 to Dec. 30.

The said chart is a recap of the most-discussed music-related buzz on Twitter. It includes new releases, award shows and festival moments, among others. The Hot Trending Songs chart ranks what people are talking about and not necessarily what they are listening to. It covers activities from Friday up to Thursday of each week.

The upbeat hip-hop track has maintained momentum on the microblogging platform since its official video premiered on YouTube on Oct. 29, 2021.

In November, the group performed "Bazinga" at the Awit Awards, an annual event organized by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry that honors outstanding achievements made by Filipino musicians. Their performance racked up 1.5 million Twitter mentions within the tracking week that ran from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2. This led to them becoming the first act that replaced BTS on the top spot of Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart.

Meanwhile, Kazakh singer Dimash Kudaibergen claimed the next-highest two spots with “Fly Away” and “Be With Me” at No. 2 and 3 spots respectively.

Taking the No. 4 spot is BTS’ V with his seasonal hit “Christmas Tree,” which is the highest-ranking new title inside the top 10 this week. Last week, it was at No. 13, but jumped several spots and reached No. 4.

At No. 5 is Mew Suppasit and Sam Kim’s collaboration track “Before 4:30 (She Said…)” which also jumped higher this week from its last week’s ranking at No. 18. It is the first top 10 smash for Kim and the second for Suppasit, according to Forbes.

At No. 6 is Japanese boy band BE:FIRST with their debut track, “Gifted,” followed by BTS’ “Butter” at No.7, Blackpink’s Lisa’s “Lalisa” at No. 8, IVE’s “Eleven” at No. 9 and BTS’ Jin’s “Yours” at No. 10.
