Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) may be the new Supreme Leader of the First Order, but he will face a new threat from The Beyond that will leave him “vulnerable.” Kylo Ren reportedly will try and consolidate his position of power and team up with an unlikely ally in his fight against the new threat in "Star Wars: Episode 9."

The following article contains spoilers of “Star Wars: Episode 9.”

According to Making Star Wars, a reliable website for all “Star Wars” related leaks, a source revealed that Kylo Ren will be facing a new threat from The Beyond. This new threat will make the new Supreme Leader “vulnerable.” The situation will force him to join hands with Rey (Daisy Ridley).

Another source reportedly revealed that the Knights of Ren will play a significant part in the plot of the upcoming film. It is also important to note that the Knights of Ren will come from The Beyond.

The report noted that Kylo Ren has already established the precedent that when one kills the Supreme Leader, the next one in line will take up that position. Will a powerful member of the Knights of Ren become ambitious enough to kill Kylo Ren to take his position?

Another important aspect of “Star Wars: Episode 9” is the introduction of a new unit of solders. The soldiers will wear red uniforms or armor and will be called “Sith Troopers.”

It isn’t clear if Kylo Ren is now considered a Sith Lord in the film, but what is certain is that the Sith Troopers will only answer to the Supreme Leader and the Knights of Ren. Kylo Ren will be busy consolidating his power in the First Order, and he will recruit people into his own army to counter any threat from other factions.

Filming of “Star Wars: Episode 9” is nearly complete. One by one the cast members are wrapping their filming obligations. Brian Herring is the latest cast member to wrap up filming. In a post on Twitter, he announced that all scenes related to the droid BB 8, which he handles, are now complete.

For readers who are used to seeing the droid function on its own on screen, it may come as a surprise that there is actually a man behind the droid who maneuvers the prop while filming. A recent post on the official Star Wars website gives a breakdown of how they create a droid and how Herring works as a puppeteer behind-the-scenes.
