K-pop fourth-generation boy band Stray Kids has rolled out a surprise song for its supporters.

The eight-member band released the track, "Time Out, " on Sunday to mark the fourth anniversary of its fan group, affectionately called STAY. The fan group was formed on Aug. 1, 2018.

As part of the band's fan week, titled "STAYweek," supporters were treated with daily doses of never-before-seen photos, behind-the-scenes videos, live streams, vlogs and TikTok videos of the members' daily activities. The "Thunderous" singers revealed a surprise gift to fans on Sunday – their mixtape track "Time Out" and its beach-themed music video.

The music video shows the band members at a vacation house, who seem visibly bored. One of them starts playing the song "Time Out," and the group jumps into an energetic vibe as they sing, "Let the past be the past/Leave regrets in the past/Only look forward while running/Let's go, leave everything behind/ Run to/Somewhere refreshing and wide open."

The song was inspired by the group's Jeju Island vacation in May. The beach sounds heard at the beginning of the song were recorded at the time.

Stray Kids successfully capped their sold-out U.S. concerts in Anaheim, California, last week. Fans thanked the group for their impressive performances in their second world tour, titled "Maniac."

"Thank you @Stray_Kids for your hard work and congratulations on the US concerts!" one person tweeted about the group's U.S. concerts.

The group was also featured in this year's Idol Star Athletic Championship (ISAC) in Seoul. Filming for the sports activity began last Saturday and will end Monday.

A fan recalled how the "Charmer" singers wished the fan group a "Happy Birthday" after finishing their schedule at the celebrity sports festival.

"NOOOO STRAY KIDS WISHED US A HAPPY BIRTHDAY I LOVE THEM SO MUCH," the STAY member wrote alongside a clip showing Felix, Han, Changbin, Bang Chan, Hyunjin, Lee Know, I.N and Seungmin shouting congratulatory remarks to supporters who cheered for the group.

Stray Kids will return to the U.S. this month for the KCON 2022 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
