“Suits” actor Patrick J. Adams admitted that seeing Gina Torres’ debut as Lauren in episode 3 of “Westworld” made him miss her more.

After watching “Westworld’s” latest episode, titled “The Stray,” Adams took to Twitter to share his thoughts about his former “Suits” co-star joining the new HBO series. “Gina Torres jumping into ‘Westworld’ episode 3. Makes me miss her something fierce,” Adams tweeted. “Lucky show to have her in the fold.”

The Season 6 summer finale of “Suits” was Torres’ last episode as a series regular on USA’s legal drama series. In the episode, Torres’ character, Jessica, realized that she doesn’t want to be a corporate lawyer anymore, so she stepped down as a name partner of Pearson Specter Litt and decided to go with her lover Jeff Malone (D.B. Woodside) to Chicago.

“I forgot why I became a lawyer in the first place and it wasn’t just to fight for money and power,” Jessica said in the episode. “It was to fight for something more.”

Two days after the summer finale aired, Adams addressed Torres’ exit from the show and reflected on his experience working with her. “Working with Ms. Gina Torres was one of the highlights of my career thus far,” Adams, who plays Mike Ross on the legal drama show, wrote Instagram, alongside a candid black and white photo of the 47-year-old actress. “She is the epitome. The top. The boss. Always.”

“We’re gonna miss her around these parts,” the Canadian actor added of Torres. “Can’t wait to see what she does next. No doubt it will be electrifying. #farewelljessica.”

Torres’ departure from the show, however, doesn’t necessarily mean that fans have seen the last of Jessica. In an interview with the New York Times, Torres confirmed that the fact that Jessica was not killed off and was simply moving to Chicago with Jeff leaves the door wide open for her return.

“You know these boys are going to screw it up at some point,” Torres said, referring to Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Louis (Rick Hoffman) who are left in charge of running Pearson Specter Litt after Jessica stepped down as a managing partner of the firm. “It was one of my pitches to [series creator] Aaron [Korsh].”

“Those boys are going to mess up and they’re going to have to call [Jessica],” Torres added in a separate interview with Entertainment Weekly. “I believe that. I don’t know when, I don’t know how, but that story’s not done, ‘cause everybody comes back.”
