A 31-year-old former janitor was found guilty of installing a cellphone in a bathroom stall at a Florida high school and secretly filming students.

Authorities say the building's walkways and breezeways are unsafe and at risk of collapsing.

"It's heartbreaking to sit in court and watch a victim, who has been sexually abused by someone who is supposed to be caring for her, testify on the stand," said the state attorney.

There are still 150 people missing since the condo building collapse last Thursday.
