Everyone is going after the Beast in MTV's “Teen Wolf” Season 5B. After discovering that the Beast of Gevaudan is Mason (Khylin Rhambo), the pack is shocked and has to find a way to save him. One pack member seems to have an idea in a sneak-peek video from episode 19. Meanwhile, Theo’s (Cody Christian) group is still trying to find out the Beast’s true identity, and they’re using a very dangerous method.

Sneak Peek No. 1

Kira (Arden Cho) is apparently leaving town again, and she isn’t giving Scott (Tyler Posey) a chance to say goodbye, let alone stop her. She tells him why she is leaving in a voicemail.

“I have to leave, but I’m coming back to help. I promise,” Kira says. “Because you’re right Scott. If anyone’s going to save Mason, it’s you. It’s us.”

Kira gets in the car and has some sort of container in the back seat. The colors seem a little reminiscent of the body pain on the skinwalkers. Could Kira be headed back to the desert?

Sneak Peek No. 2

Theo has no idea that Mason is the one he is looking for, so he is still on a mission to discover the Beast’s identity. The chimera stole Valack’s (Steven Brand) Dread Doctors mask during the rescue mission at Eichen House, and it will supposedly reveal the Beast’s human persona. However, Theo isn’t willing to put it on himself. He tries to convince one of his pack members to do it.

Josh (Henry Zaga) has electrical powers, so that might mean he can get out of the mask. Josh is skeptical, but he doesn’t even know what the mask is. Deucalion (Gideon Emery) calls it “a product of genius and madness” and explains that a man called the Surgeon created the first mask. “He harnessed electro magnetic fields in the mask, infusing them with a unique and deadly power,” he says.

The chimera inspects the mask, but he doesn’t put it on. “You want to know who it is? Do it yourself,” Josh tells Theo.
