On Thursday, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) called off the statewide Amber Alert that was issued for a missing East Tennessee toddler.

Caylen Williams, 21 months, was reportedly taken from Tellico Plains by his non-custodial mother, Lakeisha Williams, 22.

The TBI announced the canceled search on Twitter. “Great news! Caylen Williams has been found safe in Evans, Georgia, where authorities have also arrested Lakeshia Williams. Thank you for your help to spread the word!” the tweet read.

When the toddler initially went missing, he was described as biracial with brown eyes, blonde hair, around 2 feet tall, and 22 pounds. He was last seen wearing shorts, a shirt with cartoon characters and black boots.

Meanwhile, his mother was described as biracial with brown eyes, black hair, 5 foot 3 inches tall, and about 163 pounds. At the time of the toddler’s disappearance, authorities did not have a description of the vehicle or the direction of travel.

Following her arrest, Williams is expected to be charged with parental kidnapping.
