0th has decided to destroy the KANAE System, which he believes is a demon. The latest spoilers for "Tokyo 24th Ward" Episode 9 suggests 0th is set to confront Gori Suido.

The official Twitter account of the anime has shared a trailer for the upcoming episode. Sakiko Tsuzuragawa has regained consciousness after Shuta saved her life in the previous episode.

It is interesting to see Sakiko recovering at this tremendous rate and it is likely due to Shuta's superhuman powers.

Meanwhile, Episode 9 will also delve deeper into 0th's plan to annihilate the KANAE System.

In the last episode, 0th returned to set the 24th Ward right. Shuta asked him if he was Carneades. He said he was not him but his acquaintance.

Shuta asked him if he could meet Carneades. He added that Carneades had been toying with him for the past six months. He explained Carneadas had something to do with his childhood friend, Asumi, who was believed to be dead.

"The person who instigated the Graffiti Wars was not Carneades but Ran's Mentor, 0th. Shuta hears from 0th about the whereabouts of Carneades, and hurries to the top floor of Cornucopia, but receives a call from Asumi. He sees Vision where one of Cornucopia's cranes lose control when it is struck by lightning," read the official synopsis of Episode 8.

"He has to choose between letting the crane fall to the ground and killing many people, or having the crane system fixed but the repairman dying in the process. In addition to that, the person who is repairing the system is apparently Carneades, who is the one presenting the trolley dilemma...?" the synopsis continued.

The cast of the anime includes Junya Enoki as Shuta Aoi, Yuma Uchida as Ran Akagi, Kaito Ishikawa as Koki Suido, Yui Makino as Mari Sakuragi, Hitomi Nabatame as Sakiko Tsuzuragawa, Sayaka Oohara as Kanae Suido, Atsushi Imaruoka as Yamamori, Yoji Ueda as Hiroki Shirakaba, Yuichi Nakamura as Wataru Chikushi, Hiroya Egashira as Kaoru Shindo, Manaka Iwami as Asumo Saido, Nanami Tomaru as Kinako, Taitem Kusunoki as Gori Suido, Soma Saito as Kunai, Eri Kitamura as Lucky, Rina Hidaka as Kozue Shirakaba and Yumiri Hanamori as Hana Shishido.

"Tokyo 24th Ward" Episode 9 is scheduled for release Wednesday. Fans can watch the anime online on Crunchyroll and Funimation. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
