Wall Street turns positive after data
U.S. stocks turned positive and the Nasdaq cut losses on Wednesday after data showed growth in the vast U.S. services sector slowed modestly.
The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> gained 9.58 points, or 0.09 percent, to 10,818.29. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> gained 1.04 points, or 0.09 percent, to 1,124.99. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> dropped 4.57 points, or 0.19 percent, to 2,400.25.
