Fans of Lifetime’s “Little Women: LA” will get to see how the fight went down between co-stars Terra Jolé And Christy McGinty. But ahead of the show’s premiere, People Magazine shared exclusive unedited footage from the scuffle.

The clip starts out tense. McGinty, 38, and Jolé, 35, who are wearing cowboy hats, shout curses at each other, sitting around a table with the rest of the “Little Women: LA” cast members. But it’s clear their brawl is no laughing matter when Jolé tosses a drink a McGinty, who retaliates by doing the same. Before McGinity nearly pushes the table over, Jolé chucks her glass at McGinty’s head.

It’s unclear what started the fight, but McGinty calls Jolé a “b---" for talking about her struggle with alcoholism, something McGinty has been open about in previous seasons. The 33-second video shows three different angles of the fight. One camera stays on Jolé, another on McGinty and the third on the rest of the group. While Jolé was almost laughing toward the end, the brawl ended with McGinty in the hospital.

The unedited video shows earlier reports might have been blown out of proportion. Back in January, when the fight went down at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California, Jolé was reportedly accused of “assault with a deadly weapon,” TMZ wrote at the time.

McGinty checked herself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after she could not “shake the headache."

“Christy suffered a trauma to her head,” the reality star’s husband, Todd Gibel, told TMZ. “It happened a few days ago. She’s still suffering severe headaches and unfortunately, we’ve just found out those headaches could last for weeks, possibly months.”

But things might not have been that serious. "Terra's glass did strike Christy on the back of the head, but not enough for it to be serious," an insider, who was at the bar at the time of the brawl, told People magazine Wednesday.

As fans of the show already know, the two women have never had a strong relationship. “They hate each other and always have and things have gotten worse over the years," an insider said.

Don’t miss all the drama when Season 4 “Little Women: LA” airs Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
