Former professional basketball star Lamar Odom collapsed at a nightclub in Los Angeles on Sunday. The incident comes two years after Khloe Kardashian's ex almost died after being found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada.

A video shared by TMZ shows Odom slumping to the floor in a V.I.P. booth at Bootsy Bellows on the Sunset Strip. Security guards are seen rushing to his side and help him lift up and sit on a sofa. The guards are heard asking him: "Are you all right, man?" but there appears to be no response from Odom.

The person who shot the video told TMZ Sports he saw Odom drinking for several hours before the incident, which raised concerns about the 37-year-old's health. However, Odom's representative later told TMZ that he collapsed due to dehydration after an intense workout earlier in the day, adding that it was very hot in the club.

The representative also said that Odom was "doing great" following Sunday's incident.

Despite vowing to clean up his act after entering residential treatment facility to tackle his issues with alcohol and drugs following his October 2015 heath troubles, Odom was seen drinking again in 2016. He has also been spotted at strip clubs and nightclubs and just last week was photographed throwing money at strippers at the Crazy Girls strip club in Los Angeles.

Odom has a serious history with substance abuse and he checked into a rehab after he was out of coma following his drug overdose at the Nevada brothel in 2015. The incident occurred right before his divorce was to be finalized with Kardashian. The 33-year-old reality TV star put the legal proceedings on hold, but in May 2016 she filed for divorce for the second time and it was finalized in December of the same year.

Earlier this year, Odom stopped by “The Wendy Williams Show” to talk about his road to recovery after his coma and thanked Kardashian for being by his side during the harrowing experience.

“She held me down at the time,” Odom told host Wendy Williams, adding that what drove his ex to support him throughout the ordeal was real love for there were no cameras filming what she did for him back then.

Last month, Odom appeared on Complex's "Everyday Struggle," where he opened up about his feelings and thoughts about Kardashian amid rumors she was pregnant.

"I wish her well," the NBA star said. However, Kardashian has not yet confirmed that she is expecting a child.

The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star is currently dating Canadian professional basketball player Tristan Thompson.
