Bill Hutchinson, who appeared in both seasons of Lifetime reality show “Marrying Millions,” was arrested Tuesday in Dallas after a 17-year-old girl who was staying in his home accused him of sexual assault.

The girl told authorities in June about the alleged sexual assault incidents that took place in May.

The girl told the authorities that she had been staying with Hutchinson while she finished her junior year at a nearby high school and after her family moved from the area.

The high school student claimed Hutchinson would often allow minors to smoke marijuana and drink alcohol at his home. After becoming intoxicated and passing out on his couch, she claimed she awoke to Hutchinson digitally penetrating her vagina.

According to the affidavit, she claimed she was “frozen with fear and [Hutchinson] only stopped when he noticed blood on his finger.”

The girl claims Hutchinson also acted inappropriately when he entered her bedroom and gave her massages and fondled her breasts.

Hutchinson, 63, is the founder of Dallas-based real estate firm Dunhill Partners. He released a statement Thursday denying the allegations.

“I’m innocent of this charge and accusation. Anyone who knows me in this city knows that I am not capable of assault, sexual or otherwise. Hopefully, all of my colleagues and friends will give me the benefit of the doubt until I prove my innocence in court,” he said.

Among those living at Hutchinson's home are his fiancée Brianna Ramirez, 23, a 13-year-old son, a 16-year-old daughter, and another 17-year-old girl, whose legal guardian is Hutchinson.

In June 2019, Hutchinson told the Dallas Morning News that he still feels like a teenager despite being 61 years old.

"I don't feel like a grandfather and I don't even like being called a grandfather," he told the publication. "I don't want to fit that role for a long time."

Hutchinson was released from jail on a $30,000 bond.
