Following are some of the stocks that declined in the extended trading hours on the New York Stock Exchange.

Shares of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:VSH) fell 8 percent, or 92 cents, to $10.55. For the past 52-weeks, the stock has been trading in the range of $7.94 to $19.36.

Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (NYSE:HLX) shares dropped 7.30 percent, or $1.36, to $17.32. During the past 52-weeks, the stock touched a low of $10.92 and a high of $21.65.

LSI Logic Corp. (NYSE:LSI) shares declined 6.27 percent, to 38 cents, to $5.79. The shares were trading between $4.75 and $7.74 for the past 52-weeks.

Shares of paper company Domtar Corp. (NYSE:UFS) fell 5.32 percent, or $4.44, to $79.10.

Regis Corp. (NYSE:RGS) shares lost 4.76 percent, or 82 cents, to $16.46 after Goldfarb Branham LLP said it is investigating whether the board of directors of Regis violated shareholder protection laws by awarding themselves excessive compensation.

CSX Corp. (NYSE:CSX) shares fell 4.71 percent, or $1.04, to $21.10. The company had a market capitalization of $22.23 billion as of Nov.9.
