"Captain Marvel" star Brie Larson’s trainer, Jason Walsh, has shared a couple of workout regimes that his own superhero client swears by.

The ongoing coronavirus pandemic that is forcing people to shut themselves at home has definitely messed with everyone’s productivity. But amid the idleness brought by the current crisis, Rise Nation CEO and fitness coach Walsh has revealed his own contribution to the rising stream of home workout and fitness regimes.

Walsh, along with the rest of the Rise Movement team, goes live on Instagram every week, sharing some useful workout executions. The training guru also breaks down his exercises and generously offers handy tips to help tailor one’s fitness goals while social distancing.

“A lot of my clients were like, 'Hey, would you do me a favor and FaceTime me and take me through a workout?' It just made me think, you know, I have a responsibility and I feel like I wanted to contribute to the masses as much as I can, because now more than ever people are at home," Walsh told E! News.

The fitness coach continued by saying that the current circumstance has shed light on the purpose of his career. "It's my chance to give back to people and do my part, my duty. That's what prompted me to start putting together a workout," he explained.

Walsh then shared that he will be dropping his workout routines weekly to help people jumpstart their fitness progress.

The savvy workout trainer also emphasized that “there’s method behind his movements,” so he doesn’t regularly post his videos online to make sure that his followers are doing each exercise correctly.

"You know, single leg, double leg stuff, split stands, controlling tempos, there's rep variations, things we should be taking advantage of which is what I'm trying to do in these workouts that I'm doing," Walsh said.

He also added that the executions in his workout videos are less complex than most people would think. "If you look at everything that I'm doing besides the full body flexion v up, besides that, everything is pretty primitive,” Walsh shared. “What I'm trying to show people is there's going to be things outside of the box that you might not have thought about, that you might not know about.”

The training savvy also intends to show people the tools and techniques that they can draw from and in turn then pass it on to others.

As for proper food intake and dieting, Walsh revealed that time and dedication are the main driving forces in helping one curb unnecessary cravings. He then suggested figuring out what fits best by adding or subtracting things from one's diet one at a time and to just "play around with it."

"It keeps you engaged in your diet. It's something you can go, 'Holy s--t I just stopped doing this and all of a sudden I can see four abs instead of two,'" Walsh explained. "I can say the number one culprit is simple sugar. It's hard, but that's where the one day a week, I will do dark chocolate on Saturday."

Rise Movement and Los Angeles-based fitness studio Rise Nation are spearheaded by Walsh and his team. With the aim to sculpt and refine his clients’ bodies, Walsh’s remarkable training techniques have been taken on by many top Hollywood actors, Women’s Health reported.

Walsh’s fitness company has conditioned several actors and actresses for their physically demanding roles. The training extraordinaire has helped sculpt the likes of "Captain Marvel" star Brie Larson, Liam Hemsworth, Bradley Cooper, Matt Damon and Emma Stone, among many others.

"The reason why my personal training company is called Rise Movement is because I train movements. That's like the foundation, that's everything, so primitive movements, there's the squats, the hinge or the deadlift, crawling, oh my God there's just so many," Walsh explained.
